Ever felt like you should be living a more fulfilling life, but your brain and body don’t seem to be on the same page? That’s exactly how I’ve felt pretty much my entire life, until being diagnosed with ADHD.
Allow me to introduce myself- I’m Cindy, an ADHD coach based out of Glenwood Springs, CO. Dealing with ADHD challenges as a child, without knowing what it was, and then getting diagnosed later in life has given me a unique perspective on this neurological condition that touches every aspect of life. With over 25 years of teaching experience and a Masters degree in Education, focusing on Culturally and Linguistically Diverse learners, I have the understanding and know-how to make a difference in the lives of people who live with ADHD.
My mission is simple but powerful: I’m here to hold space for each and every one of my clients with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of empowerment, whether you’re a child or an adult living with ADHD. Expect support, structure, and accountability to help you lead your best life, through 1 on 1 coaching sessions, both virtual or in-person (for local clients).
If you’re ready to embrace a new way of living with ADHD, I’m here for you and your journey.
